Ingredient

  • Rice flour: 200g
  • Water: 250ml
  • Coconut milk: 50ml
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Beef: 200g
  • Shrimp: 200g
  • Onion: 1 piece
  • Bean sprouts: 100g
  • Green onions, raw vegetables, lettuce,…
  • Seasoning: Salt, cooking oil, seasoning, sugar

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Take onions, bean sprouts, scallions, raw vegetables, lettuce… pick them up thoroughly, soak them in diluted saltwater, rewash them, and then drain them. Shrimp head cut, you can peel it right away—thinly sliced ​​beef.

You marinate the shrimp and beef separately with a bit of seasoning so that when you pour the pancakes, they will absorb better. Peel the onion, cut it into a wedge shape, and cut the scallions into small pieces.

Step 2: Prepare Powder

Wash the rice and then soak it overnight for the rice to expand. When it’s morning, you take the rice out and grind them into flour. Put all the rice flour in a clean plastic bowl, add turmeric powder and a little salt and stir well.

Chop the scallions into the flour mixture. Remember to stir well so that the powder dissolves evenly; there are no lumps. The rice flour water obtained must have a vicious form, not too liquid or too thick for the new pancakes to be delicious.

Step 3: Sautee Shrimp & Meat

Put the cooking oil in the pan, add the onion and sauté until fragrant, and add shrimp and meat in turn. Initially, we marinated with spices, so before adding more, remember to re-season.

Step 4: Fry the Cake

Take a small saucepan, add oil and heat. Then pour the dough very thinly cover for 30 seconds. Then add the meat or shrimp filling and add little bean sprouts.

Cover for 2 minutes; the cake is golden and crispy. Remember to go back and forth so that the cake is golden evenly. You keep doing the same until you run out of dough and filling.
