1. Vietnamese Iced Coffee Recipe
Ingredients:
- Pure Coffee Powder
- Vietnamese Phin Filter
- Boiling Water
- Ice Cubes
- Milk or Sugar
Instructions
Step 1: Use hot water to rinse the filter to clean and disinfect before starting. Next, put the Coffee Filter over the glass, then add a sufficient amount of coffee into the filter. (about three teaspoons and we use coffee powder of Trung Nguyen Brand in this article)
Step 2: Incubate Coffee by pouring a small amount of boiled water into the filter. After the coffee powder has absorbed all the water and expanded evenly, you proceed to place the filter gently on the top of the coffee and add 50ml of boiling water and then close the lid.
Step 3: About 1 minute later, the coffee will start to drip down the glass. You wait until the small coffee is almost empty, then press the filter gently to extract all the remaining coffee. As a final result, you will get about 40-45ml of coffee water.
Step 4: Wait 3-5 minutes for the coffee cup to cool down, add condensed milk and stir well then put the ice cubes in the bowl. So you have a delicious cup of Vietnamese iced coffee. Very fast and straightforward, right!.
