Vietnamese Pork Chops Recipe With Lemongrass

1. How To Make Vietnamese Pork Chops

Ingredient

  • Pork Chops 1 kg
  • White wine 1 tbsp
  • Lemongrass 1 tree
  • Purple onion 3 pieces
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Spring onion root 40 gr
  • Coriander root 10 gr
  • Soda 165 ml
  • Grilled sauce 5 tbsp
  • Colored water 1 teaspoon
  • Condensed milk 1 tbsp
  • Oyster oil 1 teaspoon
  • Chili sauce 2 teaspoons
  • Condensed milk 2 teaspoons
  • Salt/ seasoning 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pork Chops

To clean the cutlets of pork chops, wash them with 1 tablespoon of white wine mixed with salt. After that, you wash the pork chops 2-3 more times with water and drain.

Step 2: Make Sauce

You put 1 lemongrass, 3 purple onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 40gr of scallions, 10g of washed coriander roots into the machine, and puree. You put the mixture through a sieve or put it in a bag and drain the water. However, the body still keeps you!

You add in the onion juice 5 tablespoons of baking sauce (90g), 1 teaspoon of colored water, 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of chili sauce, 2 teaspoons of condensed milk, 1 teaspoon seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt and stir well.

Step 3: Grill Pork Chops

You put the marinade on the pork chops, mix well, add 1/2 can of soda, and marinate for 1-2 hours for the ribs to absorb the seasoning.

When you have finished marinating the pork chops, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

Next, you put the pork chops in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Take the pork chops out, spread the marinade on top, and bake for 20 minutes.

Then, you put the onion carcass in the marinade with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, stir well, and spread it on the pork chops after 20 minutes of baking. Finally, you grill the pork chops for another 10 minutes, and it’s done.
